The space we offer will allow you to challenge yourself with interactive, engaging workouts, ensuring exercise isn’t ever mundane, and is always goal orientated. This is built around a philosophy of creating an inspiring and welcoming Gym and community with high skilled, knowledgeable coaches, designing effective workouts and providing enjoyable and high calibre classes.

The Team

Anthony Taylor (Managing Director / Head Trainer)
20 years industry experience in fitness management, coaching and personal training. Anthony’s passion is helping clients achieve focused goals alongside their personal development. With a background in GP exercise referral, he’s highly trained dealing with health issues and contraindications to exercise and can adapt training to suit the individual needs of any client.


Alex Forbes  (Personal Trainer / Conditioning Coach)
Alex specialises in high intensity functional training on a one on one basis or small groups up to a maximum of 5 people. With 20 years experience in the fitness industry and coming from a tennis background he is in a position to relate and cater for any needs on a mental and physical basis. Sports nutrition is also a passion of his and he can guide anybody on achieving the maximum return from their training and nutrition combined.


Laura Morgan Goaldigger Training (Personal Trainer / Strength Coach)

Laura is a Personal Trainer and coach holding 1:1, 2:1 and small group sessions. She has a passion for strength/resistance training and delivering body composition changes for her clients, adapting to her client needs and requirements. Laura made the decision to complete her Personal Training qualifications after undergoing her own weight loss journey. She knows what it takes to achieve changes and personal development and is driven to deliver results for her clients while creating a fun, comfortable and inclusive gym environment.


Simon White @thefitnessandfoodguy (PT/Nutritionist/Sports Massage Therapist)

After working in the corporate and commercial sides of the industry, Simon has experience in training clients of all ages, with a wide range of goals. From physio referral or injury rehab to general fitness and weight loss, he has the experience needed to assist you in achieving your goals. 
With a passion for coaching, Simon delivers sport specific sessions for young people in and out of the gym, for recreational athletes to those competing in individual and team sports.
His friendly and adaptable approach to training and nutrition, helps clients to thrive and make positive lifestyle changes for the long term, in and out of the gym.


Chloe Donaldson Clo Donaldson Fitness (Personal Trainer / Class Coach)

Chloe is a qualified personal trainer with 5+ years experience on the gym floor specialising in helping women get strong, change their body composition and improve their health. She went on to also complete a level 3 award in adapting exercise for antenatal and postnatal clients. Chloe’s aim is to help women build confidence in the gym and within their selves through weight training.




A good physiotherapist will start the assessment the moment you walk through the door. It is possible to pick up on many clues from the way you walk, stand and sit. It is often possible to gain an early indication of the degree of pain you may be suffering and the effect this is having on you.
